Description
Trimezia steyermarkii is a species of flowering plants in the family Iridaceae, native to southern Mexico, Central America, 19 Colombia, and Venezuela. Plants are up to 150 cm tall, with rhizomes up to 2–4 cm long and 2–3 cm wide; leaves are lanceolate, 60–150 cm long by 2 cm wide; flowers are yellow with brown spots. Leaves are linear root roots. A small yellow flower-like flower blooms at the end of a long flower stem. The flowers consist of three yellow flowers and three inner flower plants with brownish spots in the golden colored ground, three stamens, three broken pistils, and two bracts. It is a flower day which closes in the morning and opens in the afternoon. In the same genus, there is a US Shiga (Neomarika / Noyana) where the outer flower cover is white and the inner flower cover is blue.
